Refund and Returns Policy
Please ensure that all returned or exchanged products are unused and in their original condition, with all original tags and it’s packing. The Tag of the product is mandate for any replacement and return or damaged products.
The intimation of the damaged products will be replace or refund only when the original product contains the Tag without any tear or tampered condition.
E-mail us info@sheetalkart.com with photographs of the received items which must include packing and tag, to proceed for return or pick-up process.
Once the item has been picked up, we will make an online refund by NEFT within 15 business days depending on the payment method you chosen. You can swap an item purchased from www.sheetalkart.com for the exact same or a different item; however, all exchanges are subject to availability stock.
To cancel a purchase, send an email to us at info@sheetalkart.com with your order number within 24 hours of placing it. Please keep special note that presently we are not taking back for overseas purchases / sold item.
